Dr. Jonathan Mellen is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology with 18 years of experience. His expertise includes colon cancer screening and prevention, inflammatory bowel disease and liver and biliary disorders. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in the biological basis of behavior from University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Medicine degree from State University of New York College of Medicine. Dr. Mellen completed an internal medicine residency at the University of California, serving as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical/Good Samaritan University Medical Center.
